The Catering Mark Suppliers Scheme, launched in December 2012 is the UK’s fastest growing best-practice scheme, bringing together food producers / ingredient suppliers / wholesalers / distributors.
More than 600,000 meals that meet the Catering Mark standards are served in the UK every day. Initially launched into schools to address the issues highlighted by Jamie Oliver’s school food campaign, Catering Mark accreditation has expanded into hospitals, universities, nurseries and workplaces.
