Following a specific customer request our Gammon Steaks are a newcomer from the Houghton Kitchen. Our Gammons have the same quality that’s synonymous with our Wagstaff Family Ham range. The product is allowed to rest after curing to ensure that deep, yet sweet subtle flavour.
