Unfortunately the blog posts have not been updated due to a very busy schedule, so we are finally catching up and showing off all the exciting events we have been involved in of late. To name one, on the 19th of February we all headed to London to Visit Cyrus Todiwala for his Greedy Pigs Evening.
It was a wonderful dinner themed around a Marriage of Potatoes, with a diverse mix of flavours and courses including one of our own hams cooked with Rhubarb (which we need to get the recipe for!) I know that we all had a superb evening, and would definitely recommend to anyone that enjoys gorgeous food!
