Here at Houghton Hams we have always embraced product development and innovation.

We are constantly striving to make our products kinder for both you and the environment. Our technical team have worked closely with our development chefs over the last few years to pioneer these products. Nitrites and Nitrate levels are being legislatively reduced across parts of Europe and we have developed products which work on significantly lower levels than the legal amount or products were none are added at all.

This range is enhanced by our Organic and Free Range supply chains and we’re sure you will love the finished product.

We’re certainly about doing thing’s the ‘old fashioned way’ but when those processes can be improved for both the environment and our customers it’s time for change. Our Kinder for you range is about just that….. ‘change’ and we think you’ll love the result. Our Wagstaff family recipe as you know it, but with significantly less Nitrates and Nitrites, and in some cases none at all!
