CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES
Please note this year our last delivery date for Christmas will be the 20th of December.
We would always look to accommodate our customers wherever possible, if you wish to book a particular date or have any special requirements, please let us know or add a request within the online system.
All our deliveries will be transported via our couriers, this will be an overnight service, which will require a signature. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please suggest a secure location or a neighbour who will sign for the product.
Our products are packed in a temperature controlled packaging, however these should still be refrigerated as soon as possible.
All of our orders are delivered on a next day service to ensure product temperature. Please check with us before booking if you live in parts of Scotland, Ireland and wales, as our courier may not provide this service for your postcode.
Any orders placed with us that cannot be shipped on a next day service will be refunded in full.

HOW DO MY GOODS STAY AT THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE?
We have taken time to test and ensure your products stay cool with our poly lined boxes, which are combined with food safe gel coolants and biodegradeable chips. Our temperature controlled packaging is designed to keep your delivery at the correct temperature for 48hours, much longer than it will be in transit.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR HOME FREEZING?
Yes, however we advise eating them fresh for the best flavour.
ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
Yes, all of our products are gluten free except our Breadcrumb ham.
CAN I COLLECT MY PRODUCT FROM YOUR SITE?
Yes of course, just select the collect option at the checkout. Please allow 2 days for collection, however if your order is ready before we will contact you. We are very busy here, so we do ask that collections are between 10am-2pm.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot accept cancelations or amendments to the orders, as we start production as soon as we receive the orders.
I WONT BE IN CAN MY PARCEL BE LEFT SOMEWHERE?
Yes, please inform us of any additional information in the order notes, and we will pass this onto our courier. However we do advise you refrigerate your goods within 48hours of despatch.
HOW MANY DAYS SHELF LIFE DO YOUR PRODUCTS ARRIVE WITH?
Our cooked products, bacon and gammon steaks will arrive with a minimum of 10 days, however our sausages and fresh pork products will have a minimum of 4 days.
WHY CAN’T I GET MY ORDER NEXT DAY?
We manufacture and produce our products on site, therefore we cannot send out next day. We aim to deliver your product within 3 working days.
